    • Should I book a Discovery Call before purchasing a coaching package?
      Yes, prior to selecting a package scheduling a discovery call is requested to ensure mutual compatibility between you and my coaching approach, and to determine if my services align with your unique needs and goals.
    • How soon can I book a Discovery Call?
      Discovery calls can be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance to ensure adequate preparation and attention to detail. Unfortunately, same-day bookings are not available to maintain the quality and effectiveness of our sessions.
    • What are my options for purchasing a coaching package?
      You have the flexibility to purchase a coaching package with either a convenient one-time payment or through an installment plan, catering to your financial preferences.
    • What if I desire to cancel my coaching package?
      Refunds are not applicable in the event of package cancellation, and cancelling your package forfeits access to all included services and benefits. Once the package is cancelled, all associated privileges and features are no longer accessible or eligible for reimbursement.
    • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?
      Please note that session cancellations and rescheduling must be requested at least 4 hours in advance to ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate other clients' needs effectively.
    • How early can I schedule my coaching session?
      All current coaching clients can schedule a coaching session two weeks in advance. Please note that all last-minute coaching sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure adequate preparation and availability.
